I reached out to this company maybe 3-5 times about two orders that they completely ignored me on andddd had the nerve yall to have a whole AI agent send an automated response to me with NO FOLLOW UP. Will i continue to repurchase the products yes will i ever mention them on my YouTube channel NOO. But i mean there products they cute. Oh also get ready to be charged for each order you place a separate charge for shipping taxes and tariffs that are outside of the initial charges of placing your order GROSS. I stopped using this for nearly 2 years because of the hype about Batana oil I thought I would try it. My hair became weak, shedding, volume and hairline that was fixed by HH became weaker after using all different products. I find if you want healthy strong beautiful hair HH Cosmetics is the one. I bought my bunde in December and started using it in January when I had my braids done. It really works, I restareted my journer with HH 5 weeks ago now. After few weaks of using it, the tingling sensation makes my scalp feel good and hairline is making a difference. I will NEVER stop using this product, it really woks, very good for your hair and worth every penny. We need support our people and truly believe that it works. Please pesevere, keep going, it will work. Each person has their own individual journey and hair type. It may take a few days for some people to notice difference or it may take a few months, PLEASE PLEASE, keep going, your journey will finally work. My hair follicle stimulant is nearly done so I will order another bottle plus the hair regrowth booster. I have my hair braided at the moment and it has been natural for over 20 years. I will use the moisturising gel when I take out my hair. It work well with my hair and make the natural curls popping and beautiful with no flakes.

Not a fan of the new formula. It's too thick to come out the bottle well and the scent change is not too pleasant for me. I don't think it's as moisturizing as the previous formula was.
